Homemade Crispy Lahmacun
Thin-crust lahmacun with plenty of toppings that you can bake at home on a pizza stone or in a pan.
Ingredients
- For dough: 3 cups flour, 1 cup warm water, half a packet of instant yeast, salt
- 250g medium-fat ground beef/lamb
- 1 grated onion
- 2 grated tomatoes
- Half a bunch of finely chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp pepper paste
- Isot (Urfa pepper), salt, black pepper
Instructions

Prepare the filling by mixing the ground meat, vegetables, and spices in a bowl.

Knead the dough, let it rise, divide into walnut-sized pieces, and roll them out very thin.

Spread a thin layer of the filling over the rolled dough.

Bake in a preheated, very hot oven (or in a large covered pan) until the edges are crispy.
